Privacy Policy — eScape UP

• We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
• Your game progress (coins, scores, unlocked levels and skins, missions, daily rewards and settings) is stored only on your device.
• The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect and use some device information to show ads, as described below.
• In regions where it is required (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time.

The Game saves the following data locally on your device so you can keep playing where you left off:

• game progress: level scores, stars, unlocked levels, coins, owned and equipped skins;
• daily missions and daily reward streak;
• settings: sound and music volume, vibration, movement mode and similar options.

This data never leaves your device through the Game and is not sent to us. It is deleted when you use the in-game Reset option or uninstall the Game.

The Game is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited). The Game shows:

• banner ads on menu screens;
• full-screen (interstitial) ads between game runs;
• optional rewarded ads (for example, watching an ad to continue a run). Rewarded ads are only shown when you choose to watch one.

To deliver, measure and limit ads, and to prevent fraud, Google's SDK may automatically collect information such as:

• your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID);
• your IP address (which can indicate approximate location);
• device and app information (device model, operating system version, language, app version);
• information about your interactions with ads (for example, ad impressions and clicks).

Depending on your consent choices and your device settings, Google may use this information to show personalized ads. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy:

We do not receive or store your advertising ID or other personal information collected by Google.

Your choices about ads

• Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and other regions where it applies):the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent. You can review or change your choice at any time from Options → Ad Privacy in the Game.
• Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on most devices, or Settings → Security & privacy → Privacy → Ads on newer versions).
• US state privacy rights:where applicable, Google's consent tools let you opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.

The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us at dekelsinc@gmail.com and we will help address it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone. The only third party that receives information through the Game is Google AdMob, as described in section 2.

• On-device game data: kept until you reset it in the Game or uninstall the Game.
• Advertising data:kept by Google according to Google's own retention policies. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings at any time.

Game data is stored in the Game's private storage on your device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we do not collect personal information onto our own servers.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or under US state laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Because we do not hold personal information about you, most requests are best directed to Google for advertising data. You are always welcome to contact us at dekelsinc@gmail.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy, for example when we add new features to the Game. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
